Job description

Summary

The anti-fraud team is responsible for integration with clients anti-fraud and 3DS solution providers. The team also has solutions for calculating taxes, fees and exchange rates.

What you'll do
  • Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in a efficient manner
  • Analysis of risks and opportunities
  • Manage the squad aiming for productivity and performance
  • Active collaboration on the team's technical decisions
  • Monitor the progress of projects, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring the planning
  • Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team
  • Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team
  • Assertive decision-making in adverse environments (short time, pressure from customers, various restrictions)
  • Whenever necessary, direct contact with the international team and clients
  • Monitoring new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our SLOs / SLAs
  • Having excellent technical skills for decision making (Java and/or Golang, Cloud, Containerization, testing and code reviewing
Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • B2 English

Technical Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams of high performance
  • Event driven architecture
  • Knowledge and experience about agile methodology
  • Java/Golang
  • Cloud(AWS, Google GCP, Azure)
  • Distributed systems
  • Relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with APIs development and solid API testing knowledge

  • Desirable knowledge in payments industry
