Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the implementation process. You will leverage your technical expertise to build software solutions according to design specifications, oversee offshore resources assisting with development, and ensure alignment with Aravo’s leading implementation practices. Your ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions and build strong client relationships will be key to your success., serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring the successful design and implementation of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gaining confidence and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.

·       Serve as a subject matter expert in the technical solution, providing guidance and best practices throughout the project.

·       Translate business requirements into solution designs that align with client needs and implementation best practices.

·       Build software solutions according to design specifications, ensuring high-quality implementations.

·       Oversee and coordinate offshore resources assisting with development, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

·       Maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and providing expert recommendations.

·       Continuously seek opportunities to improve implementation processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Provide training and support to clients, ensuring seamless adoption of the software.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·       Experience: 4+ years of professional services experience and 2+ years of SaaS hands-on configuration and implementation experience

·       Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software configuration, system integrations, and implementation methodologies.

·       Business Analysis: Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

·       Configuration Oversight: Experience managing offshore development teams and ensuring quality deliverables.

·       Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·       Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

·       Continuous Improvement: A mindset for refining processes and driving implementation efficiencies.

·       Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Experience: Knowledge of TPRM frameworks and best practices is a plus.
