Baptist Health is looking for an OnBase Application Analyst – Senior to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN
Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. Acts as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets and may or may not have system-wide implications.
Essential Duties:
Manage OnBase stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.
Identify OnBase project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
Participate in several projects at one time.
Lead a single OnBase project.
May be responsible for areas outside of specialization for problem resolution
Provide advanced knowledge of OnBase product features, functionality and utilization of the application software. We support Healthcare with Epic and AP with PeopleSoft.
Monitor OnBase system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve moderately complex problems within and between applications.
Review and test OnBase changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
Proficient in writing SQL queries a plus
Server configuration skills a plus
Development experience a plus
OnBase or AnyDoc experience a plus
Desire to learn new technologies
Provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and OnBase system upgrades.
Provide 24/7 on-call when scheduled.
Resolve or triage support calls as applicable.
Serve as a resource to Associate and Intermediate level OnBase analysts as needed for resolution of support calls.
Develop and maintain OnBase test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes for OnBase.
Develop and maintain documentation on the organization’s file share platform.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience, or two years’ direct experience in lieu of a degree.
Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
