Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Temporary Services Placement Counselor to support our domestic placement agency. This role combines recruitment and client relationship management to staff temporary domestic positions such as childcare, housekeeping, chef services, and party helpers. What You’ll Do:

  • Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and recruit Candidates for various temporary domestic roles using job boards and our company website.
  • Client Consultative Sales: Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs, including specific job requirements, duration, and any special qualifications requested.
  • Candidate Screening and Placement: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates’ suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests.
  • Rapid Response Coordination: Manage and respond swiftly to short-notice staffing requests, ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of available Candidates, including their skills, compliance documentation, preferences, and availability.
  • Feedback and Quality Assurance: Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.

Salary Range: $68,640 (non negotiable)
The salary listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
