How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

The Manager, SAP Solutions Delivery manages the team of business architects and programmer analysts in supporting LifeNet Health systems, primarily SAP and integrated systems. Works effectively with the team and other IT staff to prioritize requests and manage project tasks to completion. Investigates and effectively communicates requirements of the information systems applications user community to provide functional knowledge required for systems development and problem resolution. Works directly with the business system users to resolve system issues and optimize utilization of the system. Provides testing support, training and full documentation of functional needs and software solutions. Plans, executes, and delivers projects according to deadlines and within budget.

 

What you’ll do:

  • People Leadership: Creates and maintains a satisfying workplace that fosters professional growth and job satisfaction for all members of the team. Ensures adequate staffing levels to maintain business continuity by hiring and retaining top talent. Uses established performance management processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure staff development and team’s performance meets current and future standards. Manages and develops training plans and ongoing professional development goals for new and existing employees.
  • Application Support: Works with business community to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Configures applications as per business needs and create queries to support ad-hoc reporting requirements. Translates user requirements into functional specifications. Writes and approves validation deliverable documentation such as user requirements, validation strategy documentation, testing plans and design documentation. Maintains broad and current understanding and expertise of application systems pertinent to Organ Procurement Organizations (OPO) and Tissue banks.
  • Project Management: Responsible for managing assigned projects to completion. Ensures resources and budgets are properly managed. Define and manage project scope, goals, priorities, deliverables, and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Service Management: Manages the diverse portfolio of service incidents, requests, and projects, as well as establishing priorities.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborates with departmental business users to define requirements and priorities, as well as identify opportunities to address other business needs.

 

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory/ management experience.
  • Five (5) years of work experience with SAP configuration, system analysis, validation, and/ or metrics & analysis.
    • Must have completed at least one SAP full cycle implementation.
    • Functional knowledge in one or more of the following modules: FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, and QM.
  • One (1) year of project management experience.

 

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Seven (7) years of supervisory/ management experience.
  • Ten (10) years of work experience with SAP configuration, system analysis, validation, and/ or metrics & analysis.
  • Two (2) years of project management experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience with ITIL – IT Infrastructure Library.
  • SAP Certification
  • PMP Certification

Salary: $115,356 - $192,259 annually

 

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $115,356 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $192,259 annually (experienced in this role).

 

* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
