What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services in Java 8 to 21 with microservices architecture in Linux environments;

- Build and improve scalable, well-documented REST APIs;

- Work with reactive programming technologies such as RXJava with VertX;

- Integrate using Kafka event-driven architecture;

- Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud using Kubernetes and Docker;

- Apply development best practices, including automated testing (unit and integration), monitoring, and DevOps principles;

- Collaborate in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban, Spotify Model) and maintain close communication with other developers;

- Be part of a team where proactivity, learning, and communication are key to success;

- Remote Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java 8+ development;

- Strong experience in microservices architecture and data integration (Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, DDD);

- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs;

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container management tools;

- Experience in cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.);

- Experience working in agile teams, with a self-reliant and problem-solving attitude;

- Passion for technology and curiosity to learn new tools and paradigms;

- Native or fluent in Spanish.



Nice to have:

- Knowledge of RXJava, VertX, WebFlux, or reactive programming frameworks;

- Experience with SpringBoot, Java 21, and Virtual Threads;

- Monitoring experience with Prometheus and Grafana;

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD using Jenkins;

- Clean code mindset and good software architecture practices.
