Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
  • Create, design, and schedule engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Monitor social media messages, comments, and mentions, responding promptly to inquiries.

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in reach and interactions.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Content Creation & Blogging:
  • Write high-quality blog posts on industry-related topics to support SEO and brand positioning.

  • Research and develop engaging content ideas that align with company goals.

  • Optimize blog content for SEO, ensuring better search engine rankings.

  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing content.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.

  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools).

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging social media captions and blog content.

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for blogging.

  • Creativity and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
