Role Name: Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 2pm North Carolina, USA Time

Requirements
  • English fluency with exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar outbound sales roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Resilience and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools
  • Self-motivated with th​e ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable with performance metrics focused on appointment setting and conversion rates
