This is a remote position.

Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Remote (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (1-hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls and send emails to leads provided by the company or sourced through Apollo.

  • Set up meetings with decision-makers and attend calls or meetings to close sales.

  • Host demo meetings to showcase our services and tools, answer questions, and highlight benefits.

  • Handle inbound sales calls and email inquiries forwarded by the customer support team.

  • Identify potential customers' needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales, particularly with larger, multi-location companies.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term customers.

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to collect feedback, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback using our CRM (Close).

  • Continuously update knowledge of our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Utilize tools like Apollo IO, Excel, and Slack for efficient communication, data management, and reporting.

  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain proficiency in Close CRM.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.

  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Experience with demo calls and product demonstrations.

  • Proficiency with Apollo IO, Slack, and Excel for reporting and data management.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Close CRM.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

  • Must have access to Office products (Microsoft Office subscription not provided).

  • Quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.
