As a B2C Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, educate them about our services, and schedule appointments with our Resume Writing Specialists. You will be reaching out to both warm and cold leads—potential clients who have expressed interest in:

Please note: You will not be trained on how to sell. Instead, you will be trained on our services and the business itself. This is why we are looking for someone with a strong background in appointment setting and proven experience in engaging with potential clients.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and tools such as Apollo.io (or similar) to gather potential client details.
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our resume writing, cover letter writing, and career coaching services.
Qualify leads by understanding their career needs and matching them with the appropriate services.
Schedule appointments for clients with our Resume Writing Specialists.
Follow up with potential clients via phone, messages, and emails to nurture relationships and address any questions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the system.
Assist clients in starting the resume rewriting process by collecting necessary details.
Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in B2C sales, customer service, or a similar role.
High-energy and comfortable making high-volume calls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a results-driven role.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
Experience in career coaching, recruitment, or resume writing services is a plus.
