Job Description
The Specialty Agent will be responsible for multiple functions within the Specialty Department which includes but are not limited to validation of requests, call reviews, customer call handling, account protection coding, monitoring validation with vendors, supporting documentation retrieval and skip tracing. Multiple functions within the Specialty Department include Cease/Desist, Deceased, Voluntary Surrender, Bankruptcy Dismissals and State Call Restriction Accounts. Operations performed by the Specialty Agent should be in accordance to federal and state regulations, as well as company policy and procedures. The Specialty Agent will perform all assigned tasks and processes in accordance to the end to end functions on accounts identified and assigned within department strategy, quality requirements and service levels. Customer call handling by the Specialty Agent will be facilitated in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements, customer excellence as well as policy and procedure.
