What You’ll Do:

• Own project timelines, scope, and delivery across multiple teams.

• Keep teams focused, aligned, and accountable in Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar tools.

• Set up workflows, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met—no surprises.

• Identify risks early and problem-solve before they become issues.

• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders—clear, concise updates only.

• Improve processes to make things more efficient, not just maintain the status quo.

What You Need:

• Proven experience leading complex projects from start to finish. Be ready to show your work.

• Hands-on expertise with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.).

• Strong organizational skills—you keep chaos in check.

• Fluent English. You’ll work with international teams and leadership.

• Full-time availability, with the flexibility a fast-growing startup demands.

• Leadership skills—you don’t just manage; you drive execution.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills—you see issues before they happen.

Pay & Location:

• $2,500 – $4,000 USD/month (based on experience and seniority).

• Must be based in El Salvador or LATAM (remote role).
