The Area Sales Manager for Radiometer is responsible for maximizing revenue by driving sales of the organization's products and services through a network of reseller partners within designated channels and vertical markets.
This position is part of the Sales department/Channel/Indirect Sales located in Ankara and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager responsible for IB and revenue growth, consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the RTUR and RTUR plus regions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the territory.
- Actively identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Demonstrate and sell Radiometers multiple product lines.
- Manage CP’s and accounts, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans.
- Plan and schedule face-to-face CP and account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products
- Visit all key accounts on regular basis in line with established territory management plans and as defined by management, attending to all duties as specified.
- Introduce new products and programs to existing and new customers. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
- Participate in business-team meetings and special projects as defined by management.
- Confer with Regional Sales Manager and other Account Manager regarding the handling and management of national accounts within the territory.
- Communicate key observations and action points pertaining to individual customer accounts to the Country Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- Maintain and manage existing stakeholder relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery improvement.
- Document all customer related activities in the CRM as required within agreed timeframe.
- Liaise and work closely with Field Service Engineers as required to address specific instrument issues.
- Attend to online training courses that are available on the Radiometer Extranet.
- Complete annual Danaher compliance training and follow all Danaher policies and guidelines.
- Highlight and discuss short and long-term training requirements with the line manager at regular reviews.
- Any other duty as may be required.
- Territory and CP management. Increase funnel management skills and learn value selling.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Sales related experience in the healthcare industry for a minimum 5 years. Medical Diagnostic industry or Laboratory products would be an advantage.
- Experienced in dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the hospital and healthcare industry, from laboratory scientists to executive teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem solving ability and demonstrated examples of innovative solutions.
- A strong communicator with excellent communication, presentation skills and responsive.
- Ability to work cohesively and develop internal relationships with fellow associates and cross functional teams.
- Demonstrates high levels of computer skills including CRM, data representation and presentations.
- Competent user across Microsoft Applications.
- Highly developed communication skills, clear and concise in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to professionally deliver key messaging via customer presentations.
- Proven skills in time management and organisation.
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
- Experience in account management or similar roles.
- Advanced command of English is an asset
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel, including a valid drivers’ license
