What’s this role about?

We’re looking for a dynamic Facilitator to create and deliver customized training programs to support our revenue-facing teams. Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Enablement, you'll be responsible for owning and running onboarding and internal training programs,  delivering impactful training, and supporting the growth of our Go-To-Market team members. Training will be outcome-oriented, highly interactive, and focused on practical application.

What will I be doing? 

  • Leverage your product knowledge to develop and deliver engaging training sessions and course content that enhance the transfer and retention of product knowledge and sales competency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and roll out new initiatives.
  • Identify learning objectives and ensure the training delivers quantifiable outcomes for learners
  • Keep training well-documented and structured to ensure long-term success.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs
  • Experience facilitating training in a sales/go-to-market environment
  • Familiarity with creating/maintaining process documentation
  • An AI driven approach to content development
  • Collaborative mindset towards program development and implementation
  • Strong communicator, able to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and outcome-driven, with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Background experience in Sales and/or Success

Bonus Points

  • Working knowledge of Litmos, Salesforce, Lucidchart, G-Suite, Salesloft, Recapped, Confluence
  • Experience working in a SaaS organization
