Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ecommerce Operations Associate to help manage online sales channels, execute digital marketing campaigns, and optimize store performance. In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling the company's Shopify store and advertising efforts while continuously improving conversion rates and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Store Management
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product creation, descriptions, and pricing updates.
  • Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized.
  • Monitor and improve store performance and user experience.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Develop and execute ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with brand messaging.
Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Oversee social media accounts, crafting engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Implement content calendars and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Track ecommerce and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve revenue.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to boost conversions.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales trends, ad performance, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Haves
  • Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify store management
  • Hands-on experience with ad creation and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including content creation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance and suggest optimizations
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute opinions to improve marketing efforts
