Working as an Operator covering the South Wales region. We are a dedicated team committed to maintaining and improving water quality standards across various sites. Join us in making a difference!

 

Key Accountabilities:
 

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on water treatment sites.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment like pumps, valves, and chemical dosing systems.
  • Collect water samples to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Follow SOPs for safe and efficient operations.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and site performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance preventive maintenance plans.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices through training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with business areas, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

  • Essential: Troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, strong communication, commitment to safety, willingness to travel, passion for outdoor work, time management, flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends.

 

  • Desired (but not essential): Knowledge of water treatment processes, proficiency in water quality sampling, experience with water treatment equipment, excellent record-keeping.
