What You'll Do
Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
Serve as the go-to expert for clients, leading weekly calls with confidence, providing thought leadership, and answering complex performance marketing questions.
Manage all client communication and overall account health, ensuring proactive problem-solving and high retention rates.
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, support campaign ideation, and oversee execution for clients.
Analyze marketing data and use insights to inform future strategies, continuously improving performance.
What You Need
5+ years in digital advertising with a strong performance marketing background.
3+ years managing paid media campaigns, focusing on strategy and execution.
2+ years working at an agency or in a role managing multiple accounts.
Experience building and optimizing paid media plans across various platforms.
Exceptional client management skills—you must be able to lead calls, answer tough questions, and instill confidence.
Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present client insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Leadership and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and technical teams.
A passion for growth marketing, problem-solving, and driving results.

Salary & Benefits
Location: Remote in the USA.
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 / Year.
This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available.
Work from home.
1099 contract.
