What are we looking for?

We’re currently looking for an expert-level Salesforce developer to join the team of one of our international clients, who is a global leader in delivering customized Salesforce-based solutions for the mortgage industry. This company helps mid to large enterprises transform their operations through innovative cloud-based platforms and strategic consulting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, and Apex, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performing solutions that generate real business value.

If you're independent, a strong communicator, a creative problem-solver, and meticulous with detail, this role could be perfect for you. All positions are fully remote, so as long as you can deliver great work, you can work from anywhere in the listed countries.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

Design, develop, and deploy Lightning components (LWC and Aura) that adhere to Salesforce best practices and design patterns

Create advanced automation solutions using Flow Builder and other declarative tools

Write efficient, maintainable Apex code for complex business requirements that cannot be met through declarative development

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

Collaborate with architects, admins, and other developers to design and implement comprehensive solutions

Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement new features where appropriate

You will shine if you have:

Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder and automation tools

Strong Apex programming skills with experience optimizing code for performance and bulkification

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, and external systems

Excellent communication skills.
