About the Position
In support of our mission to connect the world to their government, the Commission Analyst will engage in strategic analysis and financial support tasks, assisting the company with its fiscal goals while directly supporting priorities across the organization. This role requires someone who can effectively handle commission calculations, maintain financial accuracy, and provide detailed insights around compensation.

We are seeking a Commission Analyst with experience in commission calculations and strong financial modeling skills at a SaaS company. You'll support our business by providing strategic analysis and detailed financial insights.

What To Expect in This Position
  • Assist in the monthly and quarterly processing of variable compensation reports, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze historical, current, and prospective commission activity.
  • Support the calculation of commission accruals for financial close processes.
  • Act as a resource for GTM teams regarding compensation queries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Help ensure compliance with commission-related regulatory requirements by maintaining diligent documentation of calculations and payments.
  • Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends, and serve as a point of contact for commission-related questions.

  • What Sets You Apart
  • 2+ years of experience in a compensation-related role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce and G-Suite. 
  • Previous experience implementing a sales commission software is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of formulas is required for this position. 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Rigorous Time Management: Must possess exceptional organizational skills to meet strict deadlines consistently. Responsible for ensuring all commission-related activities, from calculation to payment, are conducted within the established timelines.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
