Job description

This is a remote position.

Availability: 9:00am – 6:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time

 

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Demonstration Specialist to showcase HPA Plus to potential clients. The right candidate will conduct live software demonstrations via zoom or teams as well as provide phone-based support to existing clients for “how-to” questions and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will serve as a point of contact for technical issues, escalating them to our internal support team for resolution.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct Live Demos: Host virtual product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of HPA Plus, and tailoring the presentation to the specific needs of each client.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Engage with prospects prior to demos to better understand their challenges and business requirements, ensuring the demonstration addresses their unique needs.
  • Clear Communication: Clearly explain complex technical features in a simple and accessible manner, ensuring both technical and non-technical audiences can understand the features of the software.
  • Provide "How-To" Phone Support: Answer incoming client calls, providing detailed guidance on how to use HPA Plus, troubleshooting common issues, and helping clients navigate through the software.
  • Technical Query Escalation: Identify technical issues that require deeper expertise and escalate them to our technical support team, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
  • Follow-Up Support: Provide follow-up communication post-demo to answer additional questions, assist with implementation, and offer further product education.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with the sales team to align demo content with ongoing sales strategies, gathering feedback to refine demo processes.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of all client interactions, including phone support calls, demo outcomes, and escalation details, to ensure continuity and effective support.

 



Requirements
  • Experience in software demonstration and support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to learn and understand software functionality with the capability to troubleshoot basic issues
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom / Teams) and CRM systems to keep records such as Pipedrive
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
