Administrative Support:
• Manage and record incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain records and files
• Review supporting documents for accuracy.

Communication and Coordination:
• Answer phones and handle inquiries.
• Manage and response to emails
• Coordinate meetings and events, preparing agendas.
• Communicate with staff, managers, and clients.

Office Management:
• Manage schedules and appointments.

Other Duties:
• Type up letters, reports, and other business documents.
• Update and maintain computer records.
• Follow data protection guidelines when handling information.
• Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work.
