Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Resource Recruiter to source and hire top talent for Sales & Technical related roles within the industrial sector, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, and Business Development Managers (BDMs). The role involves identifying candidates with expertise in industries such as chemistry, mining, manufacturing, and general industrial. This position is critical for building a high-performing sales team that drives organizational growth and market expansion.
  • Source and screen candidates for sales roles using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek profiling job boards, and industry-specific networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview processes tailored to technical sales positions.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ sales acumen, industry knowledge, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles in industrial sectors such as mining, manufacturing, and chemical sales.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate recruitment metrics for reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies to refine recruitment approaches.
  • Partner with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and market demands.


Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field highly regarded although not essential.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to sales roles or industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, mining, chemistry) – open to candidates from a variety of industries.
  • Main requirement is the ability to perform searches on nominated platforms, screen candidates verbally and build profile at a
  • high level of accuracy. Training provided.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek profiling for candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Loxo experience is highly desirable
  • MS Excel experience required
  • Basic understanding of industrial sales dynamics, including technical product knowledge and client acquisition strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate sales competencies, such as lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM AU (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
