Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic, technically curious Content Marketing Manager with strong product marketing experience to elevate our messaging, empower revenue teams, and build thought leadership in the cybersecurity and IT space. This individual will translate complex technology concepts into compelling content that resonates with target audiences, supports go-to-market initiatives, and drives measurable outcomes.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate with Services, Partnerships, and Sales to translate technical cybersecurity and IT offerings into clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Sales Enablement Content: Create high-impact materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, product guides, and FAQs to equip Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead the development of whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, webinars, and other assets in partnership with internal SMEs.
  • Market & Buyer Insights: Gather and analyze data to inform persona development, competitive positioning, and market trends that shape our messaging strategy.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and GTM goals; test and refine formats and distribution channels.
  • Digital Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive copy across formats—web, social, email, blogs, and more—while maintaining brand consistency and tone.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Services, Partnerships, Sales, Demand Gen, and Design to deliver effective content and campaigns.
  • Web & Marketing Platform Management: Maintain and optimize content using platforms like WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Content Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and iterate based on insights to improve engagement and conversion.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing or product marketing within the B2B tech, IT, or SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content for technical audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills with experience tailoring content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed service providers (MSPs).
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence and translating research into actionable content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • SEO knowledge and experience integrating AI tools into the content creation process is a plus.
