What You Will Do:

Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform, with a focus on reliability, availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation to define cloud architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with application development and deployment processes
Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on Azure cloud services, best practices, and architecture principles
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure cloud technologies and services

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
8+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience managing complex cloud architectures with a focus on the Azure platform
Proficiency in application modernization, cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and security best practices in cloud environments
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to foster growth and innovation in cloud and AI technologies
Familiarity with application development technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

$129k - $286k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
