Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer with a passion for building engaging, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack development—with a particular focus on crafting dynamic user interfaces using modern frameworks—and will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role requires hands-on experience with React, Tailwind (or similar UI frameworks), ES6, Node.js, TypeScript, and serverless architectures, along with a deep understanding of test-centric workflows and database integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and Tailwind CSS (or similar frameworks).
  • Translate design and UX/UI requirements into efficient, reusable code.
     
• Full-Stack Integration:
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect the front-end with back-end services.
  • Utilize ES6, Node.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable and maintainable code.
  • Leverage serverless cloud functions (e.g., Azure Functions and Deno Edge Functions) to support dynamic application features.
     
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Implement test-centric workflows to ensure robust, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and work closely with QA teams to resolve issues.
     
• Database & API Optimization:
  • Collaborate with back-end teams to design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to meet application requirements.
  • Ensure smooth interaction between databases, APIs, and the user interface to enhance performance and reliability.
     
• Collaboration & Problem Solving:
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot challenges, and propose innovative solutions in a semi-autonomous environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6).
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar component-based frameworks.
  • Experience implementing serverless architectures (Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas).
• Testing & Database Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with test-centric workflows and writing robust test cases.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent databases.
  • Ability to optimize interactions between database schemas, APIs, and the user interface.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise specifically working within React and building React applications at scale
• Experience with computeless architectures and additional cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or product-focused environment.
