The AR & Denials Quality Auditor is a revenue cycle operations expert who is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting regular inventory audits on key processes, identifying production or training issues, and presenting solutions to help our business maintain the highest quality and production standards for Revenue Recovery and Operations Support processes. Each day, you will perform quality audits on staff and analyze audit data on US and global employees using the provided Quality Audit Tool. This position involves being able to consistently meet production targets, while being a detail-oriented and effective communicator. To excel in this role, you will need expertise with Quantum Appeals and the AR & Denials processes. 

Here’s what you will experience working as an AR & Denials Quality Auditor: 

  • Audit a defined number of accounts per day as instructed by leadership 

  • Provide expert analysis on Revenue Recovery & Operations Support workflows and tasks, identifying trends and common areas that require additional training 

  • Collaborate with the Domestic and Global Leadership to provide audit feedback 

  • Answer process questions as a support for the Global Quality Audit team 

  • Utilize system reports to randomize accounts for auditing 

  • Assist in the creation of new training resources and auditing tools 

  • Perform other related duties as required 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $43,888.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
