Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Mental Health Engagement Specialist to expand our referral network by developing relationships with pediatricians and securing patient referrals. This 100% commission-based role is ideal for a self-driven individual with strong networking and communication skills and an understanding of healthcare outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with pediatricians, pediatric group practices, and primary care providers
  • Educate pediatricians and their staff on Fort Health’s services, referral process, and benefits for patients
  • Develop a strategic outreach plan to maximize engagement and referral volume
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Track outreach activities and referral metrics to evaluate performance

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Understanding of pediatricians’ workflows and referral decision-making is a plus
