Our digital platform, built solely in-house, enables seamless patient interactions, telehealth services, provider management, and employee benefit administration making a real difference in people’s lives while simultaneously providing tremendous value to small businesses.

We raised our Series A in 2024 and are in the midst of expanding our product nationally. We’re rapidly growing and looking to add mission driven, high performing people to our team to help us revolutionize the healthcare space in America.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Product Engineer with strong full-stack development expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, leverage your deep understanding of our product and users, and solve complex, ambiguous problems that drive mission-critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Partner with business teams to understand challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
• Product Focus: Develop a deep knowledge of the business and product landscape to make informed technical decisions and influence both engineering and business counterparts.
• Problem Solving: Own solving large, ambiguous problems end-to-end, from design and implementation to release while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and execution.
• Cultural Leadership: Champion engineering best practices by writing clean, maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews, and leveling up others around you

Product Area

• Member-Facing Product Team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, startup experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and programming principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in independently delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with designing and building REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of React or Vue.js, and modern front-end development best practices.
• Strong UI/UX skills - ability to collaborate w designers to bring mockups to life with pixel-perfect implementation
• Expertise in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL and ****data model design.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with Django and Django Rest Framework.
• Experience with Vue.js (Vue 3).
• Experience with Tailwind
• Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
