  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Respond to inquiries regarding AI products, services, and technical support

  • Document customer interactions accurately and keep detailed records
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and product offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in AI products and customer care practices

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
