Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an entry-level opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative in our Health & Wellness Products Department in sunny Greece! This position is an excellent chance for individuals who are keen to start their career in customer service while supporting customers in the rapidly growing health and wellness industry.

As a customer care representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to our health and wellness products. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer questions, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Stay informed about industry trends in health and wellness products

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help others
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in health and wellness products is a bonus
