You will primarily be accountable for

Design, implement and maintain security and compliance solutions across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
Collaborate with other teams and participate in their projects to ensure industry standard cybersecurity controls are in place
Support Europe and Country IT Teams across 19 countries as cybersecurity Subject-matter expert
Work together with SOC and CSIRT team to monitor, detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the environment using automated security scanning and assessment tools.

Improve overall company security posture

Additional responsibilities

Ensure systems and assets alignment with common cybersecurity frameworks (i.e. CIS, NIST )
Create technical documentation and establish company-specific baselines for commonly use services and operating systems
Review penetration tests reports and coordinate gap remediations with specific service and systems owners

Requirements

1.5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
Hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge in at least 2 Microsoft Azure security areas:
- Defender for Cloud
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Infrastructure Security (IaaS)
- Network Security
- Application Security
- Storage&Database security

Hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge in at least 2 Microsoft 365 E5 areas:
- Microsoft Entra ID security solutions
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft 365 Defender portfolio
- Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
Strong cybersecurity fundamentals knowledge
Solid understanding of Windows-based operating systems
Ability to write scripts to automate daily tasks (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and organize daily work with minimal supervision
Fluency in English - role require English communication on daily basis
