Job description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • A minimum of two year’s experience practicing independently as a licensed therapist.
  • Recent experience in delivering evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into clinical practice.
