What you will do:

Execute Proofs of Concept and Pilots to inspire and validate technical requirements
Design and implement solutions to optimize the functionality of the product experience platform
Build customer assets to enable customers to achieve value more quickly
Communicate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
Support strategic customers as they implement our solution
Maintain working knowledge of the products and services
Communicate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets that drive the success of the innovative solutions

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English communication skills (at least C2 for both spoken and written)
Possess at least two web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web services)
Demonstrate understanding of web application design and operations
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together
Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

Degree in computer science or information technology
