This is a strategic role requiring an exceptional architect who can bridge business and technical domains, shape bid strategies, and drive technology transformation across multiple platforms including Salesforce, Appian, and Workday.

Your Responsibilities

As Chief Architect, you'll translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while managing ambiguity in bid environments. You'll be responsible for developing architectural strategies, engaging with senior stakeholders and technology partners, and building organisational capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple bids. You'll oversee data science initiatives, ensure rapid value delivery, and drive integration strategies across various platforms. Key focus will be on creating flexible, future-proof solutions that deliver genuine value for vulnerable service users.

Extensive experience in senior architectural roles within complex bid environments
Strong track record of successful public sector transformation projects
Proven ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and bid teams
Understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, Workday, and Dell Boomi
Experience managing data science teams and driving value from data initiatives
Commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with technology partners
Strong grasp of current architectural patterns and future technology trends
Experience in solutions supporting vulnerable communities (advantageous)
Ability to build strategic capabilities that can be reused across multiple bids
Outstanding communication skills and presence
