iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to support a federal contract. The ServiceNow Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. iTech AG is looking for a developer with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for various projects and clients.
Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.
Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide input to the developers based on the requirements.
Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture.
Ensure and align organization goals to appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives while also advancing and optimizing capabilities of the overall enterprise ServiceNow architecture.
Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients.
Support client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.
Assist with proposal solutions in collaboration with Capture Managers.
Enforce system design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive core principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
Provide input to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in presenting proposals to existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as a Solution Architect.
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
7+ years of years of extensive experience in ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture.
Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture, supporting software engineering and maximizing data processing, and systems, building cloud-compatible services and architecture, and operating and delivering in an IT lifecycle.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) VA Expert.
Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level, and ability to adjust to the audience appropriately.
Expert-level working or developing experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS plus Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.) Single Sign-On using various authentication methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0).
Experience with continuous integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications.
Experience building and managing ServiceNow IT solutions which include integrating multiple ServiceNow or other cloud technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Significant experience designing and building cloud-compatible, service-oriented, highly scalable, and web-enables enterprise architecture.
Experience in Federal IT lifecycle management to include system security and auditing, data process and analytics, software development supporting methodologies and technology transitions.
Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with other supporting architectures and platforms.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, custom development, infrastructure management, and hosting; financial institution information technology security; and complying with Federal Government related rules and regulations, and industry standards.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant filed
