Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with strong branding capability. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with brand development including logo design, typography, and layout systems. A strong portfolio demonstrating branding work and digital design across platforms. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly regarded. Ability to work independently, take creative direction, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content that performs on digital and social platforms, particularly vertical short-form formats. Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with creative and account teams.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and execute branding concepts, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all materials. Design marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, and client assets that align with brand guidelines. Create high-quality visuals for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations. Work with the team to develop client branding deliverables, including logos, brand guidelines, and design systems. Design content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Translate marketing strategy into creative concepts across both static and video formats. Ensure creative consistency across campaigns and collaborate with developers and content teams. Stay informed on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices. Manage multiple design requests while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
