Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer with experience in the solar industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and potentially editing detailed solar PV system layouts, site plans, and construction drawings using industry-standard CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of solar PV design principles, electrical schematics, and site feasibility studies to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with local regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and potentially edit 2D and 3D CAD drawings for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including roof-mounted and ground-mounted installations

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to create efficient solar system designs

  • Conduct site evaluations and generate feasibility reports using CAD and GIS software

  • Ensure permit drawings, construction documents, and as-built records align with industry standards

  • Ensure designs meet all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations

  • Optimize solar array layouts for maximum energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Maintain an organized database of design templates and project files for future reference

  • Revise drawings based on client feedback, engineering requirements, and field modifications


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CAD Designer in the solar or renewable energy industry

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp, Helioscope, or similar design software

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV system components, electrical wiring, and mounting structures

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and electrical schematics

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
