Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Workflow Optimization: Design and refine engagement workflows to streamline processes, improve user efficiency, and deliver maximum value to practices.
Client Communication Enhancements: Develop tools and features that enhance communication between practices and their clients, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
Engagement Performance Insights: Create systems to track and report engagement performance metrics, offering actionable insights for practices to optimize their operations.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all engagement-related features comply with industry regulations and maintain the highest security standards for sensitive client data.
Integration Strategy: Build seamless integrations with other practice management tools or systems to enhance engagement capabilities and user workflows.
Scalable Engagement Features: Develop scalable engagement-related functionalities that support the growth of practices while maintaining reliability and quality.
Industry Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and develop a profound understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback to identify and seize growth opportunities.
Competitive Analysis: Thoroughly analyze the competitive landscape to uncover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decisions.
Product Roadmap: Collaborate with the VP of Product Management to craft and execute a visionary product roadmap. Leverage the power of Jira Product Discovery (JPD) to manage your product work and to provide clear roadmap visibility to the business.
Product Design Collaboration: Partner with product designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with product outcomes.
Requirement Management: Translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team, ensuring clarity and focus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on product initiatives and orchestrate successful go-to-market efforts.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading products from ideation to successful launch.
A profound understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software or the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
Familiarity with SVPG teachings and a passion for working in empowered, collaborative teams.
Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance customer experiences and drive innovation.
Proficient with product management tools like Productboard, Miro, Jira, and Pendo, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
An eye for market-leading experiential design, with experience in creating journey maps or high-level wireframes.
Expertise in the accounting or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
Proven experience taking a team or company from 0-1, embracing the associated challenges and triumphs.
