The Role

  • Create breakthrough video content for paid campaigns on social platforms
  • Manage an ambitious workload, executing multiple formats and concepts every week and editing variations based on success metrics
  • Lead the post-production process using editing, motion graphics, and audio tools
  • Follow detailed project briefs, as well as Intro’s brand guidelines
  • Manage deliverables for detailed specs
  • Dream up new video formats that drive target metrics
  • Work in a dynamic atmosphere where speed, creativity, and scrappiness are rewarded
  • Collaborate with a world-class team of creative entrepreneurs

The person in the role

  • You have an intuitive sense of how to create videos that hook and hold attention.
  • You have a talent for using sound design, motion graphics, and editing techniques to make your edit pop.
  • You can take a rough brief and drive full of footage and turn it into a masterpiece.
  • You are masterful with post-production workflows, with strong technical knowledge of the full video and audio post process.
  • You work fast and crush tight timelines.
  • You have a solid understand of the principles of marketing, brand, and story.
  • You love staying current with the cutting edge video tools and techniques.
  • You are a born collaborator, comfortable acting on direction, receiving notes, and pitching ideas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a video editor; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience editing directly with video production software (Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro) in a marketing role
  • Proficient with motion graphics
  • An impressive portfolio of video content
  • Experience on performance campaigns that drove results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video formats
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Frame, and Dropbox

Preferred

  • Proficient with the entire Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
  • B2B marketing background
  • Knowledge of AI video creation tools

Salary Range

$50–$70/hour
