Job description

This is a remote position.

·         Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM applications (e.g., Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.).

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·         Design, develop, and deploy solutions for portfolio management, including demand and project management processes.

·         Integrate ServiceNow SPM with other ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, and others) and third-party applications.

·         Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into portfolio performance.

·         Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

·         Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow SPM modules.

·         Stay up to date with new ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills:

·         Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM module implementation and customization.

·         Strong knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management processes.

·         Experience in ServiceNow platform customization (UI, business rules, workflows, etc.).

·         Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM (IT Business Management).

·         Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
