Nearshore Project Manager (S4Hana Migration) - with occasional travel to France | 2025TA0303x110941

1. Project Coordination:
   

• Coordinate and supervise all S4Hana migration activities in Poland.
  
• Manage planning, implementation, and monitoring of project phases in Poland.
  
• Serve as the focal point for daily interactions between nearshore teams in Poland and delivery teams in France.
  

1. Team Management:
   

• Lead and direct development and technical support teams based in Poland.
  
• Ensure consistency and efficiency of the Polish team's contributions to critical project stages.
  

1. Monitoring and Reporting:
   

• Provide regular updates on project progress to French teams and stakeholders.
  
• Identify and resolve issues and obstacles to keep the project on track.
  

1. Quality & Compliance:
   

• Ensure that all deliverables meet established quality standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices for S4Hana migration.
  
• Adhere to security standards.
  
• Monitor the Polish team's skills and manage turnover effectively.
  

1. Communication:
   

• Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders.
  
• Organize and lead coordination meetings and workshops.
  
• Work in international teams using agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  

• Proven experience in IT project management, specifically on ERP migration projects, ideally with S4Hana.
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  
• Results-oriented with the ability to anticipate issues and raise alerts promptly.
  
• Understanding of business processes and S4Hana modules.
  
• Proven ability to manage multicultural and international teams.
  
• Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluent communication in French, Polish, and English (C1 level French required).
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
