What You’ll Do 

 

 

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Develops complex scope business & marketing plans for Run-to-Run (R2R) control product and solutions (or EngineeredWorks), assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
  • Defines Run-to-Run product technical roadmap and decides E3 R2R market requirement document (MRD)
  • Provides guidance to a team of engineers together with Engineering manager to develop new R2R solutions
  • Attends technical conferences and studies market and technical trends
  • Recommends investment decisions for new product and solutions development
  • Conducts complex competitive analysis for R2R product and solutions.  Drives Red Team Analysis
  • Assists with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions
  • Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements
  • Understands technical and business environments.  Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectives
  • Supports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration
  • Manages release of complex R2R products through the end of their product life cycle

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 7-10 years of experience with Run-to-Run solutions

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Run-to-Run controls

  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity 

  • Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve R2R products, processes or services

  • Communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view

U.S. Salary Range:

$132,000.00 - $181,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
