Why we need you

As our Founding SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities across both our sales-led and self-serve funnels. You will be at the forefront of connecting with technical decision-makers, enabling them to leverage our premium solutions to tackle complex data challenges and drive smarter business decisions. Your contributions will be essential to our growth and success.

You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing (your direct manager) and our Head of Sales to ensure a seamless handoff process and contribute to our overall go-to-market strategy. This role is fully remote and offers significant autonomy to build and execute strategies that drive our growth.

The role

As the Founding SDR at Browse AI, you'll be responsible for:

Key things you own

  • Qualifying inbound leads from our self-serve funnel and booking discovery calls with high-potential prospects.
  • Leading discovery calls and identifying the highest value opportunities to connect with the closing sales team.
  • Driving pipeline generation through strategic prospecting to technical decision-makers.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns using email and social selling techniques.
  • Crafting and executing tests for new channels and market segments.
  • Leveraging AI tools for intelligent prospecting and research.
  • Providing market feedback to refine our messaging and product offerings.
  • Building the foundation of our sales processes and playbooks as we scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead qualification: Effectively qualify inbound leads to identify those most likely to benefit from our premium solutions.
  • Pipeline generation: Create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team.
  • Outreach strategy: Develop and implement effective multi-channel outreach strategies with an emphasis on social selling.
  • Market intelligence: Gather and share insights about prospect needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Tool mastery: Become an expert in using AI-powered tools to enhance your prospecting and qualification process.
  • Process optimization: Help establish and refine our sales development processes as we grow.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS or data/automation tools.
  • Experience with social selling techniques and building relationships through digital channels.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the no-code/low-code ecosystem and web automation concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to testing and refining outreach strategies.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical audiences (data teams, business operations).
  • Background in web automation, API integrations, or data platforms.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles for premium solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65K base salary with $90K OTE
  • Compensation package includes base salary plus a bonus/commission structure based on pipeline generation
