In this role, you will:
Code, debug, test, deploy, support and document moderately to highly complex application software.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Incorporate security and other relevant bank and system controls into solutions.
Adhere to insurance and system software development methodologies and standards.
Comply with PII, PHI, DLP, Privacy and audit requirements.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Work with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to deploy and manage Java applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Ideal Experience – Experience with integrating and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.
Who You Are:
Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.
Moderately to highly complex analytical skills.
Ability to perform moderate to highly complex independent research.
Advanced technical skills in Java and Angular.
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
