In this role, you will:

• Code, debug, test, deploy, support and document moderately to highly complex application software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Incorporate security and other relevant bank and system controls into solutions.
• Adhere to insurance and system software development methodologies and standards.
• Comply with PII, PHI, DLP, Privacy and audit requirements.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Work with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to deploy and manage Java applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ideal Experience – Experience with integrating and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.
• Moderately to highly complex analytical skills.
• Ability to perform moderate to highly complex independent research.
• Advanced technical skills in Java and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
