Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufacturers water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies included raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants. 

We are looking for an experienced, effective Regional Sales Manager to join our Rental Equipment Services (RES) team.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving sales targets for the Rental Equipment Services team promoting MIW’s portfolio of Mobile Water Services.  They will be an effective representative of the brand, foster productive relationships with customers, seek out new opportunities, and become a product and service expert in the field.

  • Manage individual sales goals and sales activity in assigned region.
  • Actively pursue key accounts and new prospects.
  • Contact and meet with customers to discuss all aspects of proposals and close opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed territory sales and gross margin goals.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships by meeting with customers, conducting presentations, and discussing opportunities. 
  • Participates in trade shows and other industry forums as necessary.
  • Negotiates contracts including pricing and terms and conditions with customers.
  • In collaboration with other members of the RES team, respond to functional and technical requirements of new projects, requests for proposals, technical service issues, and other customer centric inquires.
  • Regular travel within the assigned region with occasional travel within North America for meetings and collaboration.

Qualifications, Skills, Competencies:

  • Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally Engineering
  • Mechanically inclined, technical background
  • Experience in a similar industry preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • 5+ years of field sales & relationship management experience

Travel Requirement:

Willingness and ability to travel – as needed to cover sales region 50%+
