INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr People Generalist to support our growing team. This role will focus on HR administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing benefits, and optimizing People processes. Additionally, this position will provide hands-on support to leaders, facilitate People program execution, and leverage HRIS to improve operational efficiency. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance, supporting employee relations, and driving engagement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

HR Administration & Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Serve as a key contact for employee requests, reducing administrative workload for HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Partner with the People Operations team to enhance and optimize Workday processes for the Brazil team.
  • Assist in the execution of People initiatives such as performance management cycles, promotions, and compensation reviews.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve People processes and recommend automation or efficiency improvements.
     

Leadership Development & Coaching

  • Act as a first point of contact for first-line managers, supporting them in employee relations, performance management, and team engagement.
  • Support HRBP in identifying leadership development needs and recommending targeted training or mentorship programs.
  • Assist in onboarding new managers to People processes, tools, and expectations.
     

HR Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct HR-related data analysis to uncover trends and insights that drive People decisions.
  • Support HRBP in tracking key People metrics such as retention, engagement, and performance trends.

Employee Relations & Policy Guidance

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex cases to HRBP as needed.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and HR policies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • English is mandatory as you will partner with leaders in different locations
  • Spanish would be considered a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization
  • Ability to build the metrics necessary to assess the impact and effectiveness of leadership and organization development change initiatives
  • Experience with Workday is highly desired; however, experience with any global HRIS will be considered a plus
