We’re skilled Network Operation Engineer who excels in managing SDWAN services. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical expertise in SD-WAN and SASE networks, and the capacity to collaborate across diverse teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a service management mindset, ensuring efficient delivery and troubleshooting of telecommunication services.

Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to assist the Service Manager in effectively managing the SDWAN services.

  • Manage ticketing system and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct problem investigations and complete root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Facilitate supplier meetings for project management.
  • Coordinate ongoing service deliveries with suppliers.
  • Oversee technical fault management as required.
  • Engage in both technical and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate across multiple cultural teams.
  • Utilize strong computer skills and ticket management tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WAN/SDWAN management, especially in a service manager capacity.
  • Technical knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE based networks.
  • Good working knowledge of LAN/WLAN and related technologies.
  • Competence in firewall technologies, including Prisma and Palo Alto.
  • Experience in managing IP address pools effectively.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • A service management mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Capability to maintain focus under pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with broader telecommunications systems.
  • Experience in cloud-based services.
