Location: Must reside within 75 miles of St. Louis, Missouri

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Potential + Benefits

Project Coordinator Description


Our client in the financial consulting industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to add to their small team headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Working in a consulting environment, you will manage accounting-based projects and clients, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard. By effectively managing workflows and addressing bottlenecks, the Project Coordinator enables accountants and CFOs to focus on higher-value tasks, contributing directly to the overall efficiency and success of the team. Our client is looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and a great communicator with a strong desire to deliver excellent client satisfaction – the backbone of our client’s culture. Project Coordinator Responsibilities


• Manage ClickUp to assign, update, and track tasks, ensuring deadlines are met

• Balance team workflows across clients and projects to improve efficiency

• Follow up on emails, task updates, and documentation with team members

• Prepare agendas to keep internal and client meetings focused

• Upload client documents and maintain recurring task trackers

• Address workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

• Request missing client information to keep projects moving forward


Project Coordinator Qualifications


• 2+ years of project/office admin management experience required

• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles required

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency required

• Strong organizational and communication skills required
