Pro Insurance currently has a new opportunity for an Audit Operations Analyst (fka: Junior Auditor) to work in our Audit and Advisory team.
This will suit somebody with minimum two years’ experience working in a claim audit support, claim service/operations, or technical accounting role.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of pre-audit questionnaires and reports, as well as undertaking file selections and file testing. You will review completed pre-audit questionnaires and assess quality of data.
Insurance claims knowledge is central for reviewing contract terms and bordereaux to identify the files to review and to undertake the claim reviews. The claim reviews are central to evidencing controls within the audit target.
