About The Role

We are seeking an NSX/VCF Subject Matter Expert (SME) with security expertise to assist with NSX-T networking and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). This consultant will focus on configuring High Availability (HA), storage replication, dynamic resourcing, and implementing network security policies in the Customer's VMware environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the team to ensure optimal configuration, security, and operational performance across critical infrastructure, all within a 4-day work week schedule.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with configuring NSX-T networking and ensuring High Availability (HA) across the environment.
• Support the implementation and optimization of storage replication for high performance.
• Implement dynamic resourcing within VMware environments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Define and configure network security policies in line with best practices and operational requirements.
• Validate and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot networking and security issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align the infrastructure with business and operational needs.
  
  

What We Want To See

• Extensive experience with NSX-T networking and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
• Strong expertise in configuring and implementing High Availability (HA), storage replication, and dynamic resourcing.
• Proven experience in network security within VMware environments and implementing best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking and security issues in NSX-T and VCF environments.
• Solid experience configuring and optimizing VMware cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
